Monday to Friday 9:00am to 12:00pm and 4:00pm to 6:00pm.

Saturday and Sunday 10:00am to 11:00am and 5:00pm to 6:00pm

While we are here 365 days a year to take care of your pets, unlike other facilities, we have office hours almost every holiday as well for the exception of:

Thanksgiving Day = Closed

Christmas Eve = Closed 

Christmas Day = Closed

Other Specific Holiday Hours:

New Years Day: 10am-12pm, 5pm-6pm

Memorial Day: 10am-12pm, 5pm-6pm

July 4th: 10am-12pm, 5pm-6pm

Labor Day: 10am-12pm, 5pm-6pm

Monday to Friday 7:00am to 9:00am drop off and 4:00pm to 6:00pm for pick up

We charge similar to a hotel.  Your drop off day is your first day.  There is no early drop off fee from 9:00am to 12:00pm weekdays or 10:00am to 11:00am weekends.  If you need to drop off from 7:00am to 9:00am weekdays, there is a small $10 fee. 

Check out prior to 12:00pm weekdays (11:00am weekends) to avoid paying for your pick up day.  

If you pick up during our afternoon hours, your pick up day will be considered a full day of lodging.

Dogs need to be up to date on Distemper (DHPP), Rabies, Bordetella (Canine Cough) and a negative fecal to lodge or come to daycare.

Cats need to be up to date on Distemper (FVRCP) and Rabies to lodge.

Bringing their normal food is required (dry and canned food).  We do not accept raw diets.

Otherwise any items you are comfortable bringing is welcome such as bed, blanket, t-shirt, toys (keep in mind that we can not guarantee it will go home in the same condition) as well as any special treats you would like us to give during the stay.

We do supply water and food bowls for dogs and cats as well as kitty litter and litter box for cats.
